Picnic Reservations in the Pavilions

Lake Kandle only reserves picnics for full time patrons (members & full season campers). Dates can be reserved beginning in April. Please review all fees and policies information prior to booking.

How to Make Your Reservation

Login to your esoft account and either use the schedule appointment feature or the calendar. Our membership software does not have a pavilion reservation feature, so we are utilizing the software’s instructor appointment scheduling. We apologize for any confusion as a result of bending the feature to meet our needs.
Please note that although the registration time says 120 min (11am-1pm), when you reserve the pavilion, you have the pavilion from open to close that day.

If using the calendar, you will be able to check all four pavilion spaces for whatever date you search. If reserving this way, only select the 11AM start time. Any other selection will produce an error message due to all “appointment” lengths being 120 min.

If you are only interested in one specific pavilion, use the “Schedule Appointment” feature. Using the “Schedule Appointment” button, you’ll be able to search one pavilion’s monthly availability. Select the pavilion you’re interested in. It will be an option under instructor.

Once you have selected your pavilion reservation, immediately check out your cart because once the timer runs out, the reservation will remain open.
